We had to leave earlier than we had hoped due to a storm blowing in quickly. We were helped on our way by many of the adults and most of the children. The custom in Haiti is that you accompany your guests at least part way home. They accompanied us to the truck, carrying our totes and bags and boxes for us. With much waving, many called thanks and Bondye beni ou's (God bless you's) we drove home. We managed to get home without getting stuck again, but the rain did catch up with us by the time we got to the main road and we were soaked by the time we got back to Bohoc! It was quite the adventure.
