Making Disciples of Jesus Christ at HAFF

HAFF's mission on the Central Plateau of Haiti is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. At the
November board meeting, US Co-Administrator Connie Curilla and missionaries Colin and Carla Wilson shared their thoughts on how HAFF is doing just that.

Matthew 28:19-20a states “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them...teaching them.” 2 Timothy 2:2 exhorts “What you have heard from me...entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others.” These verses encouraged Connie that HAFF's teaching ministries are valid means to fulfill the Great Commission. She commended the Wilsons and the HAFF Executive Committee in Haiti (EC) for encouraging and equipping the executive assistants, the staff members and students to be multiplying disciples.

“Do not be overcome with evil, but overcome evil with good.” Romans 12:21 was at the heart of what the Wilsons shared that God was teaching them, the EC and the Haitian executive assistants. They are standing together to encourage one another in overcoming evil by loving one another (Mark 12:31), being ambassadors of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-20) and teaching others to do the same. Let us pray for them and support them in this endeavor.
