New Gazebo for Guards

This is the what people saw yesterday afternoon as they entered the front gate of HAFF.
If you look a bit closer at the large tree at the left, you can see some piles of dirt behind the tree but in front of Lila Clark's old house. That is the beginning of the foundation for the new gazebo where HAFF's day and night guards can be stationed.
Here is a closer look at the start of the foundation yesterday afternoon.
The boss on the job (we would call him the general contractor in the US) is Elicien. He has worked off and on for HAFF longer than I have! He inspected the freshly dug footers yesterday afternoon to guage how much more would need to be dug today.
At the close of the day, a hopeful gate guard, Poles, sat in the center of the gazebo to be. We have a way to go before he can sit in the finished gazebo!
